Banana Protein Muffins

These muffins have an extra boost of protein compared to a typical muffin, as well as no added sugar or flour. However these are not meant to be a replacement to a well balanced breakfast meal. Serve these muffins as a side dish to either a couple eggs or an organic applegate sausage link and some veggies




2 bananas smashed

2 eggs beaten

1-2 scoops protein powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

1 ½ tsp vanilla

¼ cup coconut flour



Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, fill lined or greased muffin tins and bake for about 15-20 minutes until a fork or tooth pick comes out clean.
