Chile Lime Salmon with Avocado Salsa

Serve with any veggie of your choice


2 lbs salmon

1 tablespoon olive oil

½  tsp paprika

½  tsp onion powder

½  tsp garlic powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp black pepper

¼ tsp salt


1.    Mix spices together in a bowl, rub salmon with olive oil and this seasoning mix. Pour lime juice over the salmon. zest ½ the lime on top of the salmon as well.

2.    Heat a pan on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of olive or coconut oil and sear fish until browned and finish in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until desired doneness.

Avocado Salsa


1 avocado sliced

½ small onion chopped

Juice from 2 limes

1 clove garlic minced

2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro



Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve and serve on top of salmon.
