When I have something to work towards, my work ethic is unmatched. I am an extremely competitive, positive and coachable person. In high school, I worked my way through adversity and off the bench and into starting positions. Physical fitness and treating my body right has always been a value of mine. Recently, I’ve lost sense of this priority and let college life get the best of me. I am eager to become strong and healthy again and The Answer and Trainer Joe seem to be just what I need!
