Grilled Steak and Baked Sweet Potatoes


½ tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 clove garlic minced

Optional: 1 sprig of rosemary (minced)


1.    Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the steak

2.    In a bowl combine spices and garlic

3.    Coat each side of the steak with the seasoning

4.    Grill each side of the steak to desired doneness (6- 9 minutes each side)


Sweet Potato

Wash sweet potato (scrubbing to remove all excess dirt) puncture with a fork (this way it won’t explode on you in the microwave)

Fastest way: Cook potato in the microwave on high for 6 minutes each side, serve unseasoned or with ½ tablespoon of ghee/coconut oil.


Slower but slightly more delicious: Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes until for tender
