Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with Mango Salsa


Mango Salsa:




6 chicken breasts

1/3 cup coconut aminos teriyaki sauce (I found this at whole foods)

1 mango

½ a jalapeno

Juice from 1 lime

1 small cucumber

¼ onion diced

1 garlic clove minced

6 strawberries


Instructions for salsa


Dice cumbers, mango and strawberry into small cubes. Mince the jalapeno and combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit in the fridge until chilled.


Chicken: The chicken preparation is so easy! I found this fantastic coconut aminos teriyaki sauce . Simply marinate the meat in the sauce for a half hour to overnight and bake or grill.
