Overnight Oats




¼ cup old fashioned oats

½-1  cup almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey

½ tsp cinnamon

top with ¼ cup nuts and ½ cup berries

*Optional add-ins: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut, 1 tablespoon of nut butter


Combine all ingredients (except the nuts and fruit) in a mason jar, or small air tight container, let sit overnight in the fridge. Top with nuts, fruits and enjoy
