Turkey Burgers

* The following directions are for 1lb of turkey please make sure to adjust for the number of pounds you will be cooking for the week.


1 lb ground lean turkey 

½-1cup sundried tomatoes chopped

2-3 cups spinach chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

2 cloves garlic minced

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp black pepper

1 small onion diced

2 eggs + 1 egg white beat


  1. In a sautee pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil, cook onions and garlic until onion is soft
  2. In a large bowl combine turkey, tomatoes, egg, spinach, spices with the sautéed  garlic/ onion mixture
  3. Form mixture into balls and flatten to make patties
  4. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and fry patties until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked inside.

Optional: Serve with sautéed mushrooms 

Mushrooms: 1 package mushrooms, sautéed in a pan with olive oil and 1 clove garlic minced or 1 tablespoon garlic powder
